I believe you are looking for the either the Curt 1-1/4" # C12143 or 2" # C13337 receiver which fits a 2016 Lexus NX 200t as this is the only 200 version SUV I see Lexus made in 2016. The the Curt # C11389 is the only trailer hitch receiver we currently carry for your 2016 Lexus IS 200t. We don't have any pictures of it on your exact Lexus but I've attached a picture on a 2014 IS 250. The location and look will be very similar.
